GORILLA PIT is a 24-Hour Strength Training Facility Built for Serious Athletes!

The Gorilla Pit offers powerlifting, strongman training and sports specific training.  We also train local military personnel, firefighters and police to do their jobs better.  

Currently we have a monolift, 4 Legend power racks, 3 legend bench racks, dumbbells up to 120#, the Thomas Inch DB, 2 logs at 80# and 245#, stones from 70-420 pounds, prowler, sled, plyo boxes, platforms, bumper plates, a chest supported row, leg press, kegs, tires up to 1000#, a legend GHD Raise, reverse hyper and much more!!!  you really have to see us to believe it.
If its part of hard training, we have it.  You don't need to go anywhere else for your strength sports needs.
 
Even if you don't want to work with Ty or Jay you can come in and use our facility 24/7.

Jay has played numerous sports in high school, college and after his academic life.  Playing Division 1 men's rugby, having a professional FB workout and competing in strongman are a few of Jay's athletic accomplishments.
 
He has trained NFL Europe players, high school athletes, college athletes, kids and athletes from numerous sports with great success.
He traveled from NYC to work with Gorilla Pit in Ohio because he believes so strongly in what we do and the sports culture in Ohio.
